One is working properly, but the other is experiencing touchscreen issues—specifically, ghost touches. To make it usable, we had to disable the touchscreen and operate it with a mouse and keyboard. I've attempted to contact the customer five times without any response. Despite the issue, the tablets were still worth the price. Both devices show no visible damage to the case or screen. The item's appearance is as shown on the eBay listing.

My ratings for the details are based on meeting standard business interactions for shipping and communications.

It was decently packed, wrapped snugly in some corrugated cardboard and taped up and then a padded bubble envelope. The iPod is just as described, used but in very good shape. It was not locked and I was able to attach it to my iTunes account and put music on without any problems. Overall a good value and I'm happy with my purchase. Thank you so much!
