I’m a seller also, I’ve had to really watch out for what I put in the pictures. But they handled it very nicely after I asked for a refund. I got a label and shipped it back. As soon as they got notified it shipped they refunded me! I really appreciated that!! Thank you. I would shop in your store again because of the way you handled my situation.

They are new and the description and pictures shown accurately reflect the products I received. The price was great and I received a discount since I bought 2 of them. Thank you for a great buying experience and looking forward to replacing old shower heads for these new handhelds with multiple shower sprays!!
