Packing itself was great, the box had clearly taken a beating in transit but the contents were fine thanks to a plentiful use of bubble wrap and packing paper. The console and accessories were all there, and their condition is exactly as described. Overall I'm extremely satisfied with this purchase and would definitely recommend this seller. No stylus) After communicating with the seller I can tell this was a genuine mistake. I decided to go with a refund. Other options were mentioned,I think most people would of been happy with them Seller was genuinely kind and understanding. Even after I d unintentionally been a bit of Karen. ( Thank you ) 9.5/10 definitely recommend
