I must be clear that I am totally happy with the item I purchased, it arrived well wrapped and in pristine condition. Sadly the despatch time left a lot to be desired. The item was listed with Tracked 48 RM postage, but for some reason was despatched using Yodel’s see you in a week service. Delivery delays were due to post office refurbishment, and my eBay name change was unrelated. The buyer's claims are false and damaging.
