After notifying seller, she filed a "missing mail claim" with USPS. We waited for the package to be located! When it became apparent the package was most likely lost, seller then took steps to refund my money. Seller was always professional & courteous at all times! She remained in constant contact with me throughout the process. I'm disappointed USPS lost my package! But I have NO COMPLAINTS about this seller!!
