Their prices are great and there's a lot of value in what they sell. The items are better than described, packaged well and sent quickly. We had a minor glitch but they are right on top of it. I've already bought from them again and now consider them my "go to" for vintage pens. An all-around pleasure.

Packaging was acceptable; it could've stood some bubble wrap instead of a box loosely floating inside a box, but it arrived intact and just as new-in-box as described!
