They are even more beautiful in person than they appeared in the listing. They arrived quickly and exceeded my expectation. The seller described them well and has taken great care in this transaction. Though there was some damage in transit, the seller swiftly offered and provided reimbursement beyond what I had expected. Great value was provided in quality as well as in gracefully handling after arrival.

The main thing you need to know about this seller is the impeccable customer service she provides. I went through a crazy moment when USPS was sending to the wrong state. She remained calm and was not at all dismissive and promised to make it right whatever I decided to do. I’m so happy she talked me off a ledge and I now have my beautiful purse! Will absolutely buy from again.
