Did someone forget to finish the manufacturing process? This doesn't cut easily and barely comes off with a Dremel. If I did race I'd return these as they would not be balanced well and something I don't think I should have to worry about.for $52. I'll keep them as they fit but took to long to arrive as it was. Am i wrong about the PG quality?
