    Shipping was very fast. The carbon stem was in great shape and looked brand new. Packaging was well, but I was hoping it would be in a box for extra protection. However, the item arrived in great shape and no issues there. Overall a great experience with this vendor. he item was as described and I did feel like I got a great value.

    OMG!!! This item arrived on time, well-packed and organized with thought and care. The Normatec ensemble had EVERYTHING there, plus a carrying case, instructions and all individually wrapped and carefully packed. This was so unexpectedly thoughtful. It was not only “as described”, but even BETTER!!!! The compression system functions surprisingly well. I can’t say enough good things about this vendor. There should be 10 stars for the manner in which this transaction was conducted.
