Throughout the transaction the seller was professional, courteous and replied to messages promptly. Shipping was fast and the straps were brand new in factory packaging. No doubts about the quality or the value. The straps were visually appealing in the sturdy cardboard Home Depot box. So far, the straps have held up well. I have no complaints whatsoever. I plan on doing business here again. 6/5 stars!!!
