The phone did not come as described… there was no black spot, instead I received a phone with dead pixels in the screen and it wasn’t in good condition . It had scratches to the edges and the the phone is not picking up any sincere no matter the network I put in there. I reached out to the seller and they were no help.

The one I received wouldn't accept a SIM card at first, then it just started not powering up. I contacted the seller and at first in the seemed very helpful. Asked me to ship the phone back and they would be happy to replace it. I mailed it back, they said they received an empty package. I contacted USPS and confirmed it was lost in the mail. NOW SELLER HAS COMPLETELY GHOSTED ME!! NO REFUND, NO REPLACEMENT!
