Ebay prompted them with a reminder.. very well packaged... numerous layers of paper, just like pass the parcel! When the decanter arrived, it was missing its stopper, but a message to the seller sorted matters out and I received the stopper a week later. Overall positive experience however and as described... once I'd received the stopper..

The packaging stood out the most--to protect against todays negligent carriers. This was packed knowing they'd try to break the fragile item--dropping it, kicking it, putting an elephant on top of it. I highly recommend this seller!!!!
