The OEM box was completely destroyed and the factory seal was broken. Contacted the seller and they are more interested in blaming the shipper than taking responsibility for their "cheap" packaging. Item should have been shipped in a box for protection. This could have turned out bad, but at least the actual item was not broken or had parts missing. I will refrain from using this seller in the future.
