Synopsis
High society was too much for her. One of the most popular storytellers of all time, V.C. Andrews ( Flowers in the Attic , My Sweet Audrina ) layers psychological suspense with seductive glamour in this provocative first book of the classic De Beers Family series. All that glitters isn't gold... Wealth. Extravagant parties. Celebrity status. These are the things Willow knew only in her wildest dreams--until now. After discovering deep family secrets in her adoptive father's journal, she leaves behind her North Carolina college town and sets out in search of her birth family amid the high-class society of Southern Florida. Using an assumed name and pretending to conduct a study of one of the nation's wealthiest communities, Willow takes the city by storm and quickly becomes entangled with Thatcher Eaton, a young lawyer who sweeps her off her feet. But as Willow spirals into a passionate love affair and becomes intoxicated with the lifestyle of the rich and famous, the dark truth about her birth family threatens her fancy new life, pushing her to the brink of insanity..., All that glitters isn't gold.... - k***8 (16)- Feedback lasciato dall'acquirente.Ultimi 6 mesiAcquisto verificatoBook arrived as described in very good condition. Good value. It could have been wrapped better, with maybe some bubble wrap before it was just placed into a plastic envelope, because the end bent some due to shipping.

Seller has great communication and let me know my item was not pictured. Thank youBlood Meridian: Or the Evening Redness in the West by Cormac McCarthy (N° 156676536418)
- e***p (726)- Feedback lasciato dall'acquirente.Mese scorsoAcquisto verificatoThe items itself was fine condition (as described) & a good value. As long as you don't care if the item arrives (or even ships) within the estimated time frame...or whether or not they reply to messages asking them why they haven't shipped yet, then this is a seller for you. They only engaged with a copy/paste message to say that they had a technical issue that delayed shipping...then made excuses about not replying to direct messages until after I opened issues on them due to being late.
