All the bike shops near me told me I would need programming and an additional module which was not true. If you have a cx4 you will not need programming. The replacement however is not easy. It beats paying $2235 I was quoted. If you are quoted about $400 or so for the swap I would say that's fair for the amount of work involved. Took me about 5 hours. I am sure a seasoned mechanic could do it in less time.

The price point was spot on it is a good looking seat post. Seller had great communication as I informed them shipping was absolutely ridiculous. I’m not sure what happened or where the fault lies. Maybe bad weather. But the tracking was questionable. Still a fantastic transaction.
