I contacted the seller and he said that he would send me a new one, bad thing is that the new one was the wrong one and sent me the wrong unit. Great people to deal with I aggrevated them from day one and they helped me every step of the way and went way out the way to help me bc I have zero experience installing radios. Easy to do looking back

I love the idea of not sticking it in my ear canal because I have an internal ear problem. It hasn't been causing any problems. Easy to use. Shipping was quick too. A+++++
