My item arrived broken unfortunately, but it was because the package had to have been handled poorly. It was wrapped tight and it shouldn’t have broken but I guess even the most determined package handler can break your stuff. 😕 Seller was immediately apologetic and gave me a quick refund which I appreciated. I had a family emergency and seller was so quick to process a refund which made my week so much easier. I would 100% buy from them again. Seller was responsive and friendly when I messaged with shipping concerns (usps certainly has odd shipping patterns…my package shipped from PA to FL to DC before ultimately arriving at my Central VA home, but hey - even the shipping box was in great shape - clean and like new! All is well - thanks and great job!
