No delivery notification phonecall, nor e-mial message, nothig just this unacceptable service. Switch to another delivery service fqq755! This is not the bery first problem with UPS, I have very bad experience with.. According to a carefull packaging, survived with a few mayor damage on the paperbox and water leaked into it. Raiser cards NOT tested yet waiting for dryout.

There was a little bit of confusion with the shipping as I received two tracking numbers. Upon inquiring with the seller they ensured me which one was the proper tracking number. It appears they sent me the wrong one initially and that is why I had two tracking numbers on my order. Item was received within the estimated shipping time. Overall satisfied with purchase.
