It was well packaged but was inoperable on arrival. I repaired it myself and told the seller the pump should not have been classed as “Good” condition by the manufacturer. The seller immediately apologized for the problem and offered a full refund as compensation. Very responsive and accommodating. Good seller.

Contacted seller after receiving item and received an apology for error and an immediate refund. Excellent communication with seller. I have purchased other items from this seller and this experience only increased my confidence in them. The incorrect listing was a simple mistake and I believe no way intentional on the sellers part.
