Through all this the seller was very responsive, and helpful even going to the post office to check if they had any additional information. After a couple of days to make sure the package did not just show up late, as sometimes happen, seller refunded my full purchase price including shipping. Thank you!

The packaging was fine as well. I didn't know you could use plastic bags as substitute for bubble wrap. Overall, thank you.
