When I opened the box, everything was perfect and wrapped in plastic. Someone must have opened the box, looked at it, and closed it back up. I am beyond thrilled with this faucet! It’s just perfect for my new kitchen and I couldn’t be happier. I got this for an excellent price so, all told, do not hesitate to buy from this seller! Great eBay transaction!
