Like most manufacturers, though, Moen has replaced a lot of their metal components with cheap plastic ones. The showerhead looks and works fine, but this seller has it posted on eBay for what it should probably sell for in a sealed package.

This was tool only, so I am using my existing GreenWorks batteries, and it operates perfectly. It could have been packed better in the shipping box but luckily there was no damage.
