Totally, it took 3 weeks before delivered to me. The packaging box was dented when it was delivered. The laptop put directly into a laptop bag without additional protector to hold the laptop from shocks during the transportation. I felt that I have to accept the product as it is as a non-very experienced with disk mgmt and trust the seller or else I insult him a professional. We made an absolutly special configuration after his special wishes - nobody sells this config. so worldwide! We made a special price + the configuration was ready for shipping in 2 days (Lenovo needs for this 4-12 weeks). The logistic-mistake of the DANISH post, after german DP, wasnt our mistake! We had arround 20 mails + 10 calls for right shipping, and after we must send all a 2nd time: horror costs and never a THANKS!
