I think it could of used more bubble wrap since it's a rare discontinued eyeshadow palette, BUT it arrived intact and unbroken. So no harm no foul.

The reason I would leave neutral feedback is for the description not stating anywhere or in photos that this was a tester/demonstration product. Aside from that everything is great. I waited so long to buy this item that all the ones at this price had been sold. It works the same so all good! Thanks
