The shipment was delayed because the lens template needed to be replaced, but nobody told me until there was an issue with tracking, so I contacted them directly. They were responsive and took full accountability, which is not always the case in today’s climate! They sent the package quickly once the template was received. The customer service was quick to answer messages, and in the end, I got these very high quality lenses that look great in my frames. A+!

Description stated images of are for color reference, not the actual images. Better if it clearly stated, "brand decal not included". I have since ordered the decal from another seller. Also, emailed seller about expedited delivery to receive before vacation & was assured I would have them in time.
