  This seller was beyond amazing! The item was exactly as pictured appreciate wise. Lights are bright and vibrant this piece has great quality. Fair price, fast response time on messages and shipping. The time taken in packaging to make sure I received the item was above and beyond what I expected. Received shipping wise in excellent condition with no issues. Was worried at first because I heard noise when I picked up the box but it was just the chain moving inside.   THESE PEOPLE ARE AWESOME! Great product, great customer service, great packaging, great shipping, great everything. I also broke one of my neon lights and needed a replacement built so I asked for some help. I got a response immediately and was able to quickly buy a replacement (not expensive, either).
