    I ordered a transfer case but when I got it, it looked like it was tossed around quite a bit from shipping as there was a hole in the side of the box in when I opened it the actuater was broken in peaces I contacted the seller in he sent a replacement free of charge definitely recommend this seller as he made things right a+++ customer service

    Ordered a transfer case for my vehicle, received the transfer case housing cracked and not able to hold fluid. Contacted them about the issued and they handled it professionally as we weighed out our options. I was refunded money and satisfied with there professionalism.

    These guys suck. I bought this through klama and waited for them to ship it. When it was supposed to be here in alaska I set them a note. And asked why haven’t you sent this. “There reply was, were processing this order” so I asked them to stop processing and just send it. @ 9 days.On the 10 day I asked why haven’t you sent it yet and they told me they don’t send to Alaska.My truck is torn apart and I live in a rural community with no busses or other way to get around.These guys have no Respect
