J'ai contacté le vendeur qui m'a répondu rapidement et qui m'a gentillement indiqué qu'il ne comprenait pas, que ce n'était pas de sa faute mais celle de la douane ou du transporteur. The toy was well packed - surrounded on all sides with packing material. The package was opened prior to delivery to the buyer. The toy box plastic window was damaged on the top. The buyer is fairly new to ebay and was difficult to communicate with. We have been shipping collectible toys for over 35 years. Many buyers have mentioned our extra care packing in their Ebay Feedback.
