My original delivery was damaged in transit and they supplied a new one straight away. Great correspondence, polite and informed customer services. Excellent. The item was NOT manufactured by the seller and only supplied. It is made from VERY fragile plastic and this is the 4th item we have broken in as many years. We have slate flooring in the kitchen and if this item is dropped, it breaks... no second chances. Supplier excellent, item awful.

Ordered the item straight away and received it via Evri the following day. Item now fitted and my mixer is as good as new. This item fits the magimix compact 300 in addition to the models already mentioned on the sellers website. I'll know where to come if I need spare parts in the future. Thanks
