    When I got my sign and unpacked it from all the foam around it, we found a piece that was broken off. I notified the seller and was able to send it back and get a new replacement very quickly. It's been unpacked and already hung and lit up!! Many thanks! I highly recommend this seller and they stand behind their product! Their quality of neon is perfect and love the colors and design! Great price as well!

    This seller was beyond amazing! The item was exactly as pictured appreciate wise. Lights are bright and vibrant this piece has great quality. Fair price, fast response time on messages and shipping. The time taken in packaging to make sure I received the item was above and beyond what I expected. Received shipping wise in excellent condition with no issues. Was worried at first because I heard noise when I picked up the box but it was just the chain moving inside. I'll be a return customer.

    Excellent customer service with very fast response to questions. Item was as described and shipped quickly. Thankfully, item was very well packed by seller because the USPS treated the outer box like a soccer ball denting and crushing a large portion of the outer cardboard shipping box.
