I notified Darthome Ltd and the hare has been replaced to my satisfaction. I am pleased with the customer care, the quality, condition & value of my purchase from Darthome Ltd.

Contacted seller who offered to send another which, I may add, arrived in one piece. Bowl has a lovely appearance and good quality item. Fantastic seller. Delighted with service. Woukd highly recommend this company.
