Seller doesn't offer returns, but said they would refund $2 for damages, then said $6. The broken piece was a tray for the teapot to sit on and ruined the set, so I declined their offer. I ended up contacting eBay and filing a claim and they agreed with me and refunded the full price of the item. I do not recommend this seller.
