    Had an issue with the shipping company treating the package like it was a bag of potatoes, so the item arrived with more damage than it left the seller. I got offered a full refund, but I suggested a partial refund and to keep the item, to which the seller agreed. Good communication, very kind. Apart from the shipping company caused damage the item arrived as described. That's why I still give 5 stars.
