The shoes are beautifully clean and also smell very pleasant. I'm delighted. Packaging was 2 good plastic postage bags. They arrived without damage. I know it is not good to over-package items, but if I had sent them I would have included some padding or corrugated cardboard, to stop any scratches etc through the plastic.
