Sent me 10 sealed packs of 4, so 40 total. l contacted seller & was told "not his fault" he didn't set $$ fee, someone else's fault". He in Missouri, box came from supplier in New York. Of course, messaged me "a stand-up guy, did not charge me that amount", so who did? No resolution or customer service so asked Ebay to step in. Sent me a label by message. As of now, he has received ALL back (seller) & told refund would happen by today. Hasn't.

I contacted the seller and they were qick to respond and have me a couple of different options. They were professional and went out of they way to fix my issue. I would definitely buy from them again.
