    The seller sent a pair of shoes that they thought were size 10 which the item description said. The shoes were too big to be a size 10. The shoes say EU 42. The seller was very nice and understanding of my concern and told me exactly what I needed to do to receive a refund.     Great, honest, responsive seller! She answered a couple of questions I had before purchasing the item, shipped promptly after I placed the order and then, when I received the wrong swimsuit (honest mistake), she was quick to respond to see which item it was that I received, offered to send me a shipping label so I could send it back to her and she would then send me the one I originally ordered. Because I had just left on vacation, she was willing to wait for me to get home to do the exchange.
