I contacted the seller and they were most helpful. After sending pictures of the damaged box, I was offered a refund or replacement item. I chose a replacement and the seller arranged this without any problems. After sending the first item back and the seller confirming they had received it, they then sent the replacement on the same day and I received the replacement without problems. Massive thanks.
