As it was useless to me, and wasn't going to be honored as an exchange or return I threw it away because it was absolutely useless to me. It even shows a retriever in the photo and my dog is about the same size or actually slightly smaller. So I'm overall negative on this seller because you have no recourse. The seller doesn't make it right after she misleads and makes a sale. I am pretty disgruntled. Also offered a replacement in a different brand that was bigger and no response from buyer.We're sorry you're disgruntled but we can't help without reply
