Not only did they acknowledge the mistake and apologize, but went above and beyond to make it right!!! These days that is EVERYTHING to me!! They let me keep the incorrect item and sent the right one out immediately!! The entire OG team was very responsive to all questions and helpful in selecting the right product needed for my business. Every Redken bottle received was authentic and the same exact quality as you would get from larger stores but for a fraction of the cost. The packaging used was also quite meticulous and extra effort was spend in the presentation during the unboxing experience.
