But when I received the speakers, the wires were cut off, with only 4-6 inches remaining, plus there was no actual metal wire exposed on the wire nubs, which would make it impossible for them to have been "tested". So if the seller did test the speakers, they had to do it before the wires were cut. And if that's the case, why did/would they cut the wires at all?
