After I ordered the item, he immediately acknowledged it, keeping me posted and ultimately letting me know it is being labeled ready for pick up by FedEx. This is my 4th attempt to buy this item of this color and the first 3 did not happen for various reasons. I got refunded though on all those 3 previous ones.
