I did toast some bread in it this morning and it toasts well. I was able to find a manual for the toaster through chat with a rep on the JennAir site. She sent it to me in email so that was very helpful. Pleased with the item. Good and fast communication from the seller for a question I had. Thanks!

Followed on tracking and it made it to my city in just a few days, then (for some reason) went to another location and sat for 4 days before finally being delivered. This was not really the seller’s fault, but can’t give the transaction 5 stars across the board due to the delivery. No issue otherwise.
