Shipping speed was normal (not fast, but within 3 business days), and the comforter set was already securely packaged in a box, so no need to wrap. Absolutely love it!

Unfortunately the book did arrive with some corner damage, as shown in the photos. I think this was an issue with the packaging not being robust enough for a book of this size. Though it is hard to tell from the original listing's photos whether this damage was already there. Good initial communication that eased purchase. Postage, by definition given final destination, is going to be relatively high. However that’s nothing to do with the seller, whom I would have no hesitation in purchasing from in the future.
