There were some other small damages that weren't well pictured but did not affect the functionality of the unit at all. The pricing was very fair and they were fair with offer/counteroffer haggle. Unit was packaged better than what would come factory, and shipping was fast and painless. 9/10 experience and will do buisness with them again if the need arises

Finding the foam filled box probably one of the best means of re-packaging I've ever come across. The Rinnai water heater was well protected, and survived shipping perfectly, and unboxed completely mess free! Shipping was great, and your replies to my LP/NG concerns were prompt and accurate. The product was exactly as described, and exactly what was needed.
