The tracking appeared stuck. Maybe the item was lost, but I was left completely in the dark. I finally ordered another from Amazon which arrived in 3 days! Do not deal with this seller! He clearly has no idea what he's doing and has no respect for customers.

However, USPS lost the package, and when I tried to file a lost package claim, they disabled my account. I reached out to the seller, and their customer service was quick to respond and solve the issue. They are excellent eBay sellers with outstanding customer service. I look forward to doing business with them again.
