Then, tracking shows delay in actual ship date. So, it was slow being sent, then got lost in shipping for quite a few days. But, when it showed up, it was very well packed & arrived intact. I'm delighted with the purchase, but encourage the seller to speed up time between purchase & shipping, or just contact the buyer about any delays, which sometimes & understandably happens...that's all. Over 15” and we live in the southern United States where that type of snowfall doesn’t happen so our city was not prepared nor had the ability to clear the roads for a week to travel. It wasn’t delayed by weeks but by 1 week. As far as top part missing I have no idea what’s she’s referring to. I shipped exactly what was pictured & what she ordered.
