The Agilent 34401A was offered as defective because the buttons on the front panel were not working properly, but after cleaning the button matrix with IPA, the multimeter worked like new again. The item matched the description exactly, was very well packaged, and was shipped very quickly. Highly recommended for this shop and team! Best regards
