    I contacted the seller after receiving the item because I realized that I purchased the wrong Dishwasher wheels for my Kitchen Aid The seller kindly responded to me that I would get a refund. So, although it was my fault to order the wrong item, this company is honoree and understood my error without causing me a headache.
