The seller accidentally sent the wrong drive caddy's but quickly sent the correct ones when notified of the issue. It's hard to beat the quality, service, and price anywhere else. I will be using them again when it comes time to add more storage to my system for sure!

Had some issues at first and the seller was GREAT about getting back to me (they are a M - F business so keep that in mind), even when I had issues offered me a return or compensation. Luckily I was able to get it working, not sure what I did wrong the first time but I'm happy! Very Good Seller, very pleased!
