    Package was delivered fast. Even though it appeared it was packaged well, somehow the mug’s handle got broken during shipping. I let seller know and they offered to replace or give refund.     Product arrived in good shape and as described. Shipping took a while (it arrived 3 weeks after purchased). Also was receiving constant reminders to leave feedback when I hadn't received the product, but not sure if that was on the seller's behest or Ebay notifying me. Either way it was annoying to receive constant reminders to review something when I didn't have it in hand.
